我发现我往期发的动作上存在一些不太流畅的问题，这期视频主要是测试下在30帧和60帧有优化多少的问题，如果区别不大，就不整60帧了。（I noticed some issues with the smoothness of the animations I posted in previous videos. This video is mainly to test how much optimization there is between 30fps and 60fps. If the difference isn\'t significant, I won\'t use 60fps.）
